Lifestyle, Health and Environment

In the part period of time, most people had lived in the country. The condition of the local environment has been shown to have a direct effect both on the ability of people to enjoy the places where they live, work and spend their leisure time and on their mental and physical health. In this section, I would like to talk about lifestyle, health and environment.
The first thing, Lifestyles importance of maintaining an independent lifestyle and having peace of mind. lifestyles can change your health for better or worse. For bad lifestyle example, some workers have to work more than 8 hours per day. They should get up early and go working fast until the midnight, so they always drink coffee instead of eating breakfast. They may increase the risk of gastric ulcer disease, obesity and Migraine.
The second things should care their health as good. Healths problems are caused by many factors, including eat a lot of fast food, eating junk food, and keeping bad lifestyles. Or living in bad environment such as alcohol, drugs smoking and skipping breakfast. They should live in places with good environment. You should care your health and body.
The last things, Environment is more important than money. Our environment is a property for all the creatures not just for humans! Every creature on earth has a right to live and we can’t kill them all. If we kill one species it’ll affect a whole biome. For instance, if we kill all the rabbits on Earth, the amount of foxes will decrease. When humans change the environment, it won’t just change the climate but it’ll also cause a big extinction. North Pole and South Pole melt a lot of snow in recent years. Because of the climate, polar bears, penguins and other animal will all be extinct in the future. And when there are no animals and plants left on earth, humans will be extinct.

In conclusion, I things lifestyle, health and environment are related. When you keep bad lifestyle, you may increase the risk of diseases. Bad lifestyles are the negative relation with good health. Therefore, environment problems come from bad lifestyles. For example, the city lifestyle who lives nearly the Chaopraya River usually throws garbage into it leads to increasing water pollution. Lifestyle, health and environment all are chain.
